PALMORE, Judge.

The appellant, Gary Coleman, a 16-year old boy, was run over and injured by a 3000-lb. battery-powered mine motor while he was in a building used for the manufacture and assembly of such motors. He brought this suit for damages against the appellee, John Baker d/b/a Baker Electric Company, on the theory that the premises and manufacturing operation were under the management and control of Baker and that the accident resulted from the negligence of his employes.
