Defendant was convicted by a jury of negligent homicide, MCLA 750.324; MSA 28.556. On July 16, 1975, he was sentenced to two years probation, 60 days in the Detroit House of Correction, and assessed $500 in costs. Defendant appeals as of right.
On May 12, 1974, at approximately 5 p.m. an automobile accident was discovered on Dunn Road in the City of Detroit. There were no eyewitnesses to the accident.
