CHRISTIE, District Judge.
This is a diversity action in the nature of an interpleader brought under "28 U.S.C. §§ 1335, 1397 and 2361, and Rule 22(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and it is here on transfer, for the convenience of the parties, from the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. An appeal taken by plaintiffs from the transfer was dismissed by the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit on 7-27-64. Preston Corporation et al. v. Raese, 4 Cir., 335 F.2d 827.
