— Appellee brought this action to quiet title to certain land owned by her against a personal judgment secured by appellant against appellee’s grantor while the latter was the owner of said land. Appellant’s single assignment of error is that the trial court erred in its conclusions of law based upon its special finding of facts. The finding, in substance, is as follows: That on March 8, 1905, one Thomas J.„ White, conveyed to Elbert E.
