Continental Enterprises, Inc. (Continental) appeals from a final judgment entered in the District Court 1 for the Western District of Missouri granting summary judgment in favor of the American Oil Co. 2 and the Amoco Oil Co. on Continental’s claims of breach of contract, tortious interference with contract and misrepresentation. 628 F.Supp. 126.
