THE COURT.

Defendant pleaded guilty to false imprisonment with violence or menace. (Pen. Code, §§ 236, 237.)1 Criminal proceedings were suspended and he was committed to a state hospital for treatment as a mentally disordered sex offender (MDSO) pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code section 6316. Nine months later, defendant was found to be not amenable to further treatment (Welf. & Inst. Code, § 6325) and was returned to the committing court.
