PRELIMINARY

The plaintiff seeks recovery of $6,000 as preferential transfers made by Joseph Carini (“Carini” or “debtor”) to the defen dant as payment of a debt arising out of two equipment lease agreements.

This is a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(F).
