Defendants Mississippi Board of Veterinary Medicine and its members filed in this cause a motion to dismiss pursuant to Rule 12(b)(1) and (6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure asserting that under the abstention principles set forth in Younger v. Har ris, 401 U.S. 37, 91 S.Ct. 746, 27 L.Ed.2d 669 (1971), and its progeny, this court must decline to exercise jurisdiction over this action.
