{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Darryl Love, appeals from the 43-year sentence of imprisonment imposed by the trial court at an August 2010 resentencing. Love and a co-defendant had shot, robbed, and tried to stuff Antoinne Morrison into the trunk of their car. Love now asserts that at the resentencing, the trial court erred in failing to merge his convictions for aggravated robbery and kidnapping and in imposing maximum, consecutive sentences of imprisonment.
