State Ex Rel. Clymer v. Board of County Commissioners

This is an appeal on questions of law and fact from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court denying an injunction and dismissing plaintiff’s petition.

There is no dispute as to the facts, the question being as to the application of the law to the facts.
