Following an occupational injury, appellant Donna Roskey asserted a claim for workers’ compensation benefits. Subsequently, she sued appellees Continental Casualty Company, RSKCo Services, Inc., RSKCo Cost Management Services, Inc., RSKCo Consulting Services, Inc., Mac-helle Davidson, Margie Kling, Carol Schel-lenberg, and Steve Wilson for personal injury damages.
