In 2004, First State Bank of Mesquite (the “Bank”) loaned approximately $1.7 million to Fradette Brothers Enterprises, Inc. (“FBE”) for the purchase of H20 Fire Sprinkler Corporation (“H20”) from Robert Hawley.
