In a proceeding pursuant to CFLR article 75 to stay the arbitration of an uninsured motorist claim, the appeal is from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Rios, J.), entered October 8, 2009, which denied the motion of Dae-Hee Lee and Yon Sun Yi, in effect, to vacate their default in appearing at a hearing.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
