Defendants Mohamed Souare, Aboubacar Diallo and Amadou Diarra were convicted under a two-count indictment for possession of heroin with intent to distribute and conspiracy to possess heroin with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846 (1988). Defendants Diarra and Dial-lo appeal the district court’s denial of their motion to suppress evidence recovered after their arrests.
