The respondent, Clifton Dragon, appeals the decision of the District Court of Vermont, Unit No. 2, Addison Circuit, denying his motions for new trial and judgment of acquittal following his conviction by a jury of operating a motor vehicle over and upon a public highway, U.S. Route 7, while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. 23 V.S.A. § 1201(a).
