—In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of a contract for the sale of real property, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Hutcherson, J.), dated November 13, 1992, which granted the motion of the respondent Amil Shaban for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as it is asserted against him.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
