1Opinion of the CourtClinton, J.

This is an action for an accounting between partners and for recovery of money alleged to be owed after the accounting. Following trial the court entered judgment against the defendant in the sum of $4,470.69. The plaintiffs, Henry Barthuly and his wife, Elizabeth F. Barthuly, who is usually referred to as Frances, appealed, assigning as error the insufficiency of the judgment. The defendant, Reuben Barthuly, cross-appealed, asserting that all claims were barred by the statute of limitations. We sustain in part the position of the plaintiffs and affirm the judgment as modified.
