Defendant Oregon School Activities Association (OSAA) appeals and plaintiff cross-appeals from a judgment for plaintiff in this personal injury action.
Plaintiff is a quadriplegic as a result of a neck injury he suffered at a school football practice on August 24,1976. At that time, he was 15 years old and a sophomore at Benson Polytechnic School, a high school operated by defendant Multnomah County School District No. (district).
