I. Background
Casey P. Fuller (“Fuller”) filed this action against Abercrombie and Fitch Stores, Inc. (“Abercrombie”) alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 201 to 219, and seeking to certify a putative collective action pursuant to § 216(b).
