delivered the Opinion of the Court.

This is an appeal by defendant, Louis Matelich, from an order denying his motion to set aside entry of defaults and an order granting plaintiffs’ motion for entry of default judgments.

Plaintiffs brought two separate actions in the district court of the third judicial district. The eases are consolidated for the purpose of this appeal because the issues raised are the same in both cases.
