Adeline Wallace Morris was one of the nine children of the testator surviving him. She died in 1902, leaving surviving her five children and never having exercised the power of appointment given her under the tenth article of the will of the testator. By the consent of all parties in interest the trustees have paid to the five children from the death of their mother until the death of one of these children, Henry L.
