The primary question presented in this appeal is the nature of the title a water and sanitation district obtained when it condemned an entire parcel of land pursuant to its eminent domain powers. Respondents, Vance E. Halvorson and Sharon L. Halvyor-son, challenge the trial court's order describing the title as an absolute fee "free of all rights of reversion or reversionary interests, including but not limited to the possibility of reverter and rights of entry for conditions broken."
