From October 1, 1991, through June 13, 1994, Aviad Dagan and Vered Dagan, husband and wife, were employed as the “site representatives” at the Golda Meir House, *512an apartment complex owned and operated by Jewish Community Housing for the Elderly IV, Inc., a corporation organized under G. L. c. 180 and exempt from Federal income tax under § 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (the corporation). The corporation is affiliated with the defendant in this case.
