After hearing on Plaintiffs Emergency Motion for Endorsement of Memorandum of Lis Pendens (“Motion”) on April 30, 2012, at which both Plaintiffs and Defendant were represented by counsel and heard, the Court entered a temporary restraining order, as later extended by the parties. The Court also allowed further briefing.
