This is an action for a declaratory judgment. The plaintiff, a private nonprofit elementary school, seeks a judgment declaring the Building Zone Ordinance of the Incorporated Village of Lawrence unconstitutional insofar as it prevents the plaintiff from constructing and establishing an *551elementary school on its property situated in a Residence B District.
