The defendant, Peter Eaton, appeals his conviction by a jury of four counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, see RSA 632-A:2 (2007) (amended 2008), one count of felonious sexual assault, see RSA 632-A:3 (2007) (amended 2008), and one count of indecent exposure, see RSA 645:1 (2007) (amended 2008).
