¶1 Robert Boyd and Margaret Weidner (Boyd/Weidner) filed a complaint against Sunflower Properties, LLC, seeking an implied easement over a gravel road on Sunflower’s property. The trial court granted Sunflower’s motion for summary judgment and denied Sunflower’s motion for an award of attorney fees.
