This action was commenced by the plaintiffs in error, as plaintiffs, in the district court of Carter county, against the defendant in error, as defendant, to recover damages for the wrongful death of plaintiff's in error’s minor son, alleged to h,ave been caused' on the 5th day of May, 1924, by the negligent handling of an automobile owned by the defendant in error and driven by his minor daughter. Parties will be hereinafter designated as they appeared in the trial court.
