— This is an action for unlawful detainer, commenced in a Pettis county justice court and afterwards removed by certiorari to the circuit court of that county. The jury returned a verdict in favor of plaintiff and fixed his damages in the sum of $297.50 and found the value of-the month’s rent of the premises to be $75. Defendant has appealed.
