William Dixon is the county judge of Leslie county. H. C. Chappell is the publisher of -a newspaper at Hyden, Ky.,. called ‘ ‘ Thousandsticks, ” which circulates in the county. In that paper on October 22, 1908, Chappell printed the'following article; “Right *665is Our Motto.
