MARTIN, Chief Justice.
This is an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court of the District of Columbia dismissing appellants’ bill of complaint praying for the administration and disposition by a court receiver of the assets of the defendant, Saltz Bros., Inc.
In the bill of plaintiffs, now. thé appellants, it is averred, inter alia, that they were stockholders, officers, and creditors of Saltz Bros., Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of the state of Connecticut for the purpose of engaging in the retail men’s clothing and haberdashery business in the District of Columbia; that,…
