— In this action, the appellee Sarah Wilson, as sole plaintiff, sued the Connecticut- Mutual Life Insurance Company and the appellants, Godfrey and Calloway, as defendants, upon a policy of life insurance executed by said Insurance Company, upon the life of James B. *51Wilson, and payable to Ms wife, the appellee Sarah Wilson.
