Police officers had probable cause to arrest the defendant on drug charges based on information from a confidential informant and their surveillance of an illegal drug transaction. Shortly thereafter, when they observed the defendant commit a minor traffic offense, they pulled in behind him at a gasoline station and turned on their blue lights.
