W. L. Beardsley brought an action for damages against Suburban Coach Company Incorporated, for injuries allegedly sustained while the plaintiff was alighting, as a fare-paying passenger, from one of the defendant company’s busses. The jury returned .a verdict for the defendant, and the plaintiff’s motion for a new trial, based upon the usual general grounds and twenty-one special grounds, was overruled and he excepted.
