OPINION OF THE COURT

BRESLIN, Senior Judge:

The appellant was convicted, in accordance with his pleas, of furnishing alcoholic beverages to a minor female, and committing an indecent act upon a female while she was intoxicated, in violation of Aticle 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 934. The appellant was also convicted, contrary to his pleas, of raping the same female, in violation of Aticle 120, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 920.
