William Ledford, a prison inmate, requested certain information from the Department of Corrections relating to an investigation into allegations that members of the prison correctional staff had "unlawfully taken, possessed and consumed Cañad [a] Geese ... at the Waupun State Farm." He also requested various other documents pertaining to an unrelated incident.
