Under a decree of the circuit court of Cook county entered November 6, 1913, two parcels of real estate located in Chicago were registered in the office of the registrar of titles of Cook county in the names of Livia Havill and Katie M. Havill. By mesne conveyances the title became vested in Peter Matanich and Bara Matanich, his wife, not as tenants in common but as joint tenants.
