The proceedings in this case have been somewhat irregular; the answer, made after the demurrer was overruled, having disappeared, and a new answer filed some weeks later. A decree, *743however, was made on the issue raised by the bill and first answer, which finds the defendants to be in default, under the mortgage, in the amount of $32,621.29, and refers the accounts to a master, who filed his report April 11, 1892, finding them to be correct.
