PERRY, C. J.
This is a bill in equity, brought by a cestui que trust against the trustee, the main prayer being for an accounting and for a reconveyance of the trust property upon payment by the complainant of any amount found due to the trustee. The trust was created by formal deed, dated October 27, 1914, and by its terms was to continue for a period of fifteen years from September 30, 1914, unless sooner terminated at the request of the cestui, accompanied by payment of any amount then due to the trustee.
