OPINION

OMAN, Justice.

Plaintiffs brought suit for specific performance of a purported option agreement to purchase approximately 1.862 acres of land and damages for a claimed breach of this agreement. A copy of the purported agreement, which is illegible in part, was attached to the complaint. The trial court sustained defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief could be granted.
