Appeal from a judgment of the Ontario County Court (Frederick G. Reed, J.), rendered September 30, 2005. The judgment *1295convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of sodomy in the second degree (two counts), sexual abuse in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is affirmed.
