Before this Court is a motion by the Debtor, Michael Natale (“Debtor”), to dismiss the complaint (“Complaint”) filed in this adversary proceeding for failure to state a cause of action upon which relief can be granted pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6), made applicable herein by Fed.R.Bankr.P. 7012(b).
