1Opinion of the CourtJustice Seidenfeld

Following a jury trial the defendant was convicted of delivering less than 30 grams of a controlled substance, MDA (111. Rev. Stat. 1973, ch. 56/2, par. 1401(b)). He was sentenced to 3 years’ probation with the first 360 days to be served as periodic imprisonment, and fined *3500. He appeals, contending that the record raises the defense of entrapment and that the State has not proved him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in view of that defense. He also complains that various evidentiary rulings together with the remarks of counsel deprived him of a fair trial.
