This is an original application in this court for a writ of mandamus to compel the state treasurer to pay a warrant drawn upon the capitol building construction fund for the sum of seventy-two dollars and fifty cents, the purchase price of an office desk to be used as a part of the furnishings of the administrative and legislative building, now nearing completion at the state capital.
