Thomas G. Hetzel appeals from the report of the referee concluding that his conduct in several legal matters violated the Code of Professional Responsibility and recommending that his license be suspended for a minimum of one year as discipline for professional misconduct. Hetzel objects to some of the referee’s findings, contests the conclusions that his actions constituted unprofessional conduct, and argues that the recommended discipline is too severe.
