MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
DAVIS, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on Defendant’s motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction under Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2), or in the alternative to transfer venue to the Southern District of California. Plaintiff Lucachick filed suit in Minnesota State District Court, alleging breach of contract and fraud. Defendant NDS Americas, Inc. (“NDS”) removed the suit to this Court on the basis of diversity jurisdiction.
