MEMORANDUM OPINION ON APPLICATION FOR ALLOWANCE OF ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSE

STATEMENT OF THE CASE
Retsod, Inc., Debtor, filed a petition seeking relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code on July 17, 1986. On July 2, 1987, Debtor filed a motion to sell assets, assign leases, and assume and assign contract rights out of the ordinary course of business. A hearing on the motion was held on July 29, 1987 and continued to July 30,1987. The Court granted the motion on July 30, 1987.
