THESE ARE confirmed Chapter 11 cases and the matters under consideration are the Objections filed by Debtors, Jim Walter Resources, Inc. (Resources) and United Land Corporation (United Land) (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Debtors”) to Proof of Claim No. 117 filed by CTC Minerals, Inc.
