RULAND, Judge.

The defendant-garnishee, Langley Constructors, Inc., (Langley) appeals from an order of the trial court denying its motion *1158to vacate a judgment ordering it to pay plaintiff-garnishor, Graybar Electric Co., Inc., (Graybar) approximately $15,000. We affirm.

On January 23, 1980, Graybar obtained a summary judgment in the amount of $50,-503.26 against the defendant, Watkins Electric Co. On February 1, 1980, the district court issued a writ of garnishment with interrogatories to Langley.
