This is a suit to enforce the alleged lien of a judgment against real estate. From the allegations of the bill and the stipulation filed by counsel, the undisputed facts are as follows:
On the 23rd day of August, 1928, the First National Bank of Coeburn obtained judgment for $8500, with interest and attorney’s fees, against W. H. Hartsock and Ruth M. Hartsock, his wife, in the Circuit Court of Wise County, Virginia. The judgment was duly docketed in the clerk’s office of that court.
